Overview
Camps Bay sits on the Atlantic Seaboard, a short drive over Kloof Nek from the city centre. Its wide white-sand beach is framed by the dramatic Twelve Apostles range and the slopes of Lion's Head.
The Atlantic here is bracing — swimming is for the brave — but the beach is a favourite for sunbathing, beach walks and watching the sun drop into the sea.
